Graham's Formula
Calculates the Intrinsic Value of a stock with the following formula:
Intrinsic Value = √(EPS × BVPS × Ideal_P/E × Ideal_P/BV)
- Ideal P/E: Reference value for Price/Earnings (e.g., 15)
- Ideal P/BV: Reference value for Price/Book Value (e.g., 1.5)
- EPS: Earnings Per Share
- BVPS: Book Value Per Share
Bazin's Method
Calculates the Ceiling Price of a stock based on the average dividend and the desired Dividend Yield:
Ceiling Price = Average Dividends Paid / (Desired Dividend Yield (%) / 100)
- Desired Dividend Yield: Desired return percentage (e.g., 6%)
- Average Dividends Paid: Annual average of dividends paid over the last 5 years.
